Mrs. Barnaba fosters strong relationships with students, supports teacher development, and promotes academic excellence and continuous improvement.

Mrs. Barnaba shared, "I am honored to have been selected and approved as the principal at G. Stanley Hall. I feel fortunate to continue my commitment and dedication to fostering an inclusive, innovative, and empowering educational environment for students and staff. I aspire to build upon the school's strong foundation, strengthen community partnerships, and ensure a high-quality education for every student. It has been my honor to begin the journey at Hall as interim principal and build a foundation alongside the students, staff, and families. I am truly excited to continue our work together as we inspire every learner to reach their full potential. Thank you, again, for the opportunity to lead alongside the fabulous Husky staff, students, and families!"

This year marks Mr. Tankersley’s thirteenth year in education and third as an Assistant Principal. Most recently, Mr. T served in Kaneland District 302 at Blackberry Creek and John Stewart Elementary Schools. During his time there, he was dedicated to building trust through relationships and partnering with educators to strengthen instructional practice. Mr. T believes in pushing the thinking of all, supporting one another, and creating a school environment where both students and staff can grow.
Before moving into administration, Mr. T taught music and choir, prek-12, in both Ohio and Illinois and served in several leadership roles focused on professional learning, equity, and collaboration. Those experiences shaped his approach to leadership, grounded in listening, learning, and leading with purpose.
Mr. T is grateful for the opportunity to be part of the Hall community and look forward to learning from and with you this year. Please feel free to reach out and say hello.
